  • Identifying and assessing risks within the organization.
  • Evaluating external threats and understanding their impact.

 

Day 3

Module 4: Incident & Accident Investigations & Reporting

  • Conducting effective investigations for incidents and accidents.
  • Emphasizing accurate reporting for organizational learning.

 

Module 5: Emergency Preparedness, Response and Business Resilience & Recovery

  • Developing comprehensive emergency response plans.
  • Addressing business resilience and recovery strategies.

 

Day 4

Module 6: Security Management, protection of people, assets, reputation & data

  • Implementing security management principles.
  • Safeguarding people, assets, reputation, and data.

 

Day 5

Module 7: Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle for continual improvement

  • Introducing the PDCA cycle for continual improvement.
  • Systematically assessing performance and sustaining a culture of improvement.

 

NOTE:

Pre & Post Tests will be conducted.

Case Studies, Group Exercises, Group Discussions, Last Day Reviews, and assessments will be carried out.

Methodology

A highly interactive combination of lectures and discussion sessions will be managed to maximize the amount and quality of information and knowledge transfer.
